This document details the inter-state transfer of IAS officers Nidhi Sivach (Jharkhand:2019) and Ram Niwas Bugalia (Gujarat:2019) based on their marriage. The central government, with the consent of both the Jharkhand and Gujarat state governments, is facilitating the transfer of Ms. Nidhi Sivach from the Jharkhand cadre to the Gujarat cadre upon her marriage to Mr. Ram Niwas Bugalia. This is done under the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा झारखण्ड और गुजरात राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा सुश्री निधि सिवाच, आई.ए.एस. (झारखण्ड:2019) को श्री राम निवास बुगालिया, आई.ए.एस. (गुजरात:2019) से विवाह करने के आधार पर झारखण्ड संवर्ग से गुजरात संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
