भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और तमिलनाडु, असम तथा मेघालय राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा सुभौ नेहा यादव, आईएएस (तमिलनाडु:2019) का श्री मृदुल यादव, आईएएस (असम-मेघालय:2017) से विवाह होने के आधार पर तमिलनाडु संवर्ग से असम-मेघालय संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
