This document details the inter-cadre transfer of Ms. Neetu, an IAS officer of the Manipur cadre (2017 batch), to the West Bengal cadre. The transfer is based on her marriage to Mr. Prashant Raj Shukla, an IAS officer of the West Bengal cadre (2017 batch), and is executed under the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Manipur and West Bengal state governments. मणिपुर संवर्ग से पश्चिम बंगाल संवर्ग में करती है।
