In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Waikhom Nydia Devi, IAS (AGMUT:2021) from AGMUT cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage with Shri Y. Megha Swaroop, IAS (AP:2021).
