In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Shilpa, IAS (WB:08) from West Bengal to Madhya Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage to Shri Ajay Gupta, IAS (MP:09).
