In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Ananya Singh, IAS (WB:2020) from West Bengal cadre to Bihar cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Kumar Anurag, IAS (BH:2019) in compliance of the order dated 12.12.2024 of Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No. 2992 of 2024.
