In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the
Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of
the Government of Punjab and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby
transfers Ms. Manisha Trighatia, IAS (PB:02) from Punjab to Uttar Pradesh
cadre on the ground of marriage to Shri Pankaj Kumar, IAS (UP:02).
