This document details the inter-state transfer of IAS officer Lokesh Mishra (Bihar: 2016) to the Jharkhand cadre, based on his marriage to IAS officer Megha Bhardwaj (Jharkhand: 2016). (बिहार : 2016) को सुश्री मेघा भारद्वाज, आई.ए.एस. (झारखण्ड : 2016) से विवाह करने के आधार पर बिहार संवर्ग से झारखण्ड संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
