This notification details the inter-cadre transfer of IAS officer Kel Amit Marutirao from the Uttar Pradesh cadre to the AGMUT cadre. The transfer is based on his marriage to Nandini Maharaj, an IAS officer in the AGMUT cadre, and has been approved with the consent of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Uttar Pradesh Government. This decision is made under the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा गृह मंत्रालय एवं उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार श्री केल अमित मारुतिराव, आईएएस (उत्तर प्रदेश:2015) को सुश्री नंदिनी महाराज, आईएएस (एजीएमयूटी:2019) से विवाह करने के आधार पर उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग में एतदद्वारा स्थानांतरित करती है।
