In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Punjab and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Jaspreet Singh, IAS (AGMUT:14) from AGMUT cadre to Punjab cadre on the grounds of marriage to Smt. Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS (PB:13).
