In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Chhattisgarh and Punjab the Central Government hereby transfers Dr. S.K.Raju, IAS (CH:98) from the IAS Cadre of Chhattisgarh to the IAS cadre of Punjab on the ground of marriage to Ms. Anindita Mitra, IAS (PB:2007).
