NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Kerala and Uttar Pradesh the Central Government hereby transfers Dr. Balkar Singh, IAS (KL:04) from the IAS Cadre of Kerala to the IAS cadre of Uttar Pradesh on the ground of marriage to Ms. Shachi Ghildyal, IPS (UP:02).
