भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए ओडिशा और तेलंगाना सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार श्री दिवाकर टी.एस., आईएएस (ओडिशा:2017) को सुश्री भुक्या लावण्या, आईएफएस (तेलंगाना:2017) से विवाह करने के आधार पर ओडिशा संवर्ग से तेलंगाना संवर्ग में एतदद्वारा स्थानांतरित करती है।
