NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Jammu \& Kashmir and Punjab, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms Deepti Uppal, IAS (JK:2011) from Jammu \& Kashmir cadre to Punjab cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Vikram Singh Kundra, IFS (PB:2012).
