In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Bihar and Kerala, the Central Government hereby transfers Smt. Apurva Tripathi, IAS (BH:2021) from Bihar cadre to Kerala cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Mithun Premraj, IAS (KL:2021).
