In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Gujarat and Uttarakhand the Central government hereby transfers Shri Akshat Gupta, IAS (GJ: 2006) from the IAS cadre of Gujarat to the IAS cadre of Uttarakhand on the ground of marriage to Ms. Ridhim Aggarwal, IPS (batch 2005) Uttarakhand.
