This notification announces the inter-cadre transfer of IAS officer Adarsh Rajindran from the Gujarat cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. This transfer is based on his marriage to Aditi Singh, an IAS officer in the Andhra Pradesh cadre, and is done under the provisions of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954. The central government has approved this transfer with the consent of both the Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh state governments.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा गुजरात और आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा श्री आदर्श राजीन्द्रन, आईएएस (गुजरात:2020) का सुश्री अदिति सिंह, आईएएस, (आन्ध्र प्रदेश:2020) से विवाह होने के आधार पर गुजरात संवर्ग से आन्ध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
