The central government has approved the transfer of Dr. (Ms.) Kadambari Bhagat, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, from the Nagaland cadre to the Maharashtra cadre. This transfer is based on her marriage to Shri Balakwade Shailesh Umesh, also an IAS officer in the Maharashtra cadre. The order is issued under the provisions of Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Nagaland and Maharashtra governments.

केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नागालैंड तथा महाराष्ट्र सरकारों की सहमति से डॉ. (सुश्री) कादम्बरी भगत, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एनएलः10) की श्री बालकवादे शैलेश उमेश, अ.भा.से. (एमएचः10) से विवाह होने के आधार पर नागालैंड संवर्ग से महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
