भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा आंध्र प्रदेश और उत्तर प्रदेश की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतदद्वारा डॉ. अपराजिता सिंह सिनसिंवार, आईएएस (एपी:2019) को श्री देवेन्द्र कुमार आईपीएस (यूपी:2021) से विवाह के आधार पर, आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
