(2) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा महाराष्ट्र सरकार एवं मध्य प्रदेश सरकार की सहमति से सुश्री भव्या मित्तल, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एमएच:14) को श्री रिशव गुप्ता, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (एमपीः14) से विवाह करने के आधार पर महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग से मध्य प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
