This notification details the inter-cadre transfer of Afsana Parveen, an Indian Administrative Service officer, from the Jammu and Kashmir cadre to the Kerala cadre. केन्द्र सरकार, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार एवं केरल सरकार की सहमति से सुश्री अफसाना परवीन, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (जेके:14) को श्री जफर मलिक, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (केएलः13) से विवाह करने के आधार पर जम्मू और कश्मीर संवर्ग से केरल संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
