In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Vaibhav Srivastava, IAS(WB:09) from West Bengal cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Ms. Neha Prakash, IAS(UP:12).
