In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan, the Central Government hereby transfers Smt. Saumya Jha, IAS (HP:17) from Himachal Pradesh cadre to Rajasthan cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Akshay Godara, IAS (RJ:2017).
