In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Kerala and Gujarat, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Vikalp Bhardwaj, IAS (KL:2017) from Kerala cadre to Gujarat cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Pooja Yadav, IPS(GJ:2018).
