In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Himachal Pradesh and Haryana, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Rahul Hooda, IAS (HP:15) from Himachal Pradesh cadre to Haryana cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms Manisha Choudhary, IPS (HR:11).
