In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Chhattisgarh \& Haryana, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Nikhil Gajraj, IAS (CG:08) from Chhattisgarh to Haryana cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms. Sulochana Kumari, IPS (HY:10).
