In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Bihar and Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Kathawate Mayur Ashok, IAS (BH:2018) from Bihar cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Kalpana Kumari, IAS (AP:2018).
