In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the
Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of
the Governments of Manipur, Tripura and Sikkim the Central Government
hereby transfers Shri Karma R. Bonpo, IAS (MT:10) from Manipur-Tripura
cadre to Sikkim cadre under the extant policy relating to North-East.
