NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Odisha and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Himanshu Gupta, IAS (OR:2021) from Odisha cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on ground of marriage to Ms. Shiva Singh, IPS (UP:2020).
