In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and Government of Punjab, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Himanshu Aggarwal, IAS (UP:14) from Uttar Pradesh cadre to Punjab cadre on the grounds of marriage to Smt Komal Mittal, IAS (PB:14).
