In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Girish Kumar Mishra, IAS(BH:13) from Bihar cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on the grounds of his marriage to Ms Meena Kumari Mishra, IFS (MP:11).
