In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Manipur, Government of Tripura and Government of Andhra Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Dinesh Kumar A.S., IAS (MT:13) from Manipur-Tripura cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Ms Vijaya K, IAS (AP:13).
