In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Abhay, IAS (GJ:07) from Gujarat cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms. Kinjal, IAS (UP:08).
