In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Manipur, Government of Tripura and the Government of Haryana, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Mani Ram Sharma, IAS (MT:09) from Manipur-Tripura cadre to Haryana cadre on the basis of DoPT (AIS Division) policy guidelines dated 14.02.2014.
