In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Manipur, Government of Tripura and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Ashish Bhargava, IAS(MT:12) from Manipur Tripura cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre in terms of Guidelines for cadre change of IAS officers appointed against vacancies reserved for PH category.
