In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Chhattisgarh and Government of Uttarakhand, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms Swati Srivastava, IAS (CG:12) from Chhattisgarh cadre to Uttarakhand cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Nitin Singh Bhadauria, IAS (UK:11).
