In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Gujarat and Punjab, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms Surabhi Malik, IAS (GJ:12) from Gujarat cadre to Punjab cadre on the ground of marriage to Mr Sandeep Kumar Garg, IPS(PB:12).
