In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Jharkhand and Rajasthan the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Shuchi Tyagi, IAS (JH:07) from Jharkhand cadre to Rajasthan cadre on the ground of marriage to Shri Rahul Prakash, IPS (RJ:06).
