In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Gujarat and Karnataka, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Ruchi Bindal, IAS (GJ:2020) from Gujarat cadre to Karnataka cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Anmol Jain, IAS (KN:2020).
