In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Riya Kejriwal, IAS (RJ:2017) from Rajasthan cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Ishan Pratap Singh, IAS (UP:2017).
