In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Chhattisgarh and Government of Madhya Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms. Riju Bafna, IAS (CG:14) from Chhattisgarh cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Avi Prasad, IAS (MP:14).
