In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms Medha Roopam, IAS (AGMUT:14) from AGMUT cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Manish Bansal, IAS(UP:14).
