In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules 1954, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms Kritika Sharma, IAS (WB:2014) from West Bengal cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Abhishek Anand, IAS (UP:2014) w.e.f. 18.05.2022 in compliance of the order dated 07.04.2022 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 14246/2021.
