In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Bihar and Telangana, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Khushboo Gupta, IAS (BH:2019) from Bihar cadre to Telangana cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Deepak Tewari, IAS (TG:2019).
