In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Ms Harshika Singh, IAS(JH:12) from Jharkhand cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on grounds of her marriage to Shri Rohit Singh, IAS(MP:12).
