In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Tripura and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Ghuncha Sanobar, IAS (TR:2015) from Tripura cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Harsh Singh, IAS (MP:2015).
