This document details the inter-cadre transfer of Manasi R. Sahay, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Maharashtra cadre, to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. This transfer is based on her marriage to Rohan Chandra Thakur, also an IAS officer from the Himachal Pradesh cadre. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा महाराष्ट्र और हिमाचल प्रदेश की सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, सुश्री मालसी आर. सहाय, भा.प्र. से. (महा. : 09) को, श्री रोहल चन्द्र ठाकुर, भा.प्र.से. (हिमा. : 09) के साथ विवाह होने के आधार पर, महाराष्ट्र संवर्ग से हिमाचल प्रदेश संवर्ग मे एतदद्वारा स्थानान्तरित करती है ।
