NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Gujarat, Jammu \& Kashmir and Jharkhand, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Vipra Bhal, IAS (GJ:2006) from Gujarat cadre to Jharkhand and Shri Jitendra Kumar Singh, IAS (JK:2008) from Jammu \& Kashmir cadre to Jharkhand cadre i.e. the third cadre on grounds of marriage.
