In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Manipur, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Vidya Bhushan, IAS (MT:08) from Manipur-Tripura cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms. Alankrita Singh, IPS (UP:08).
