In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Kerala and West Bengal, the Central Government hereby transfers Dr. Haaris Rasheed, IAS (KL:2018) from Kerala cadre to West Bengal cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Jameel Fathima Zeba, IAS (WB:2018).
